SimFlow is a powerful sandbox for graph flow engine simulations running directly in your browser. It serves as a visual playground to test complex networks, whether you are modeling fluid dynamics, electrical grids, logistics, or data traffic.

🎮 Core Concept Basically, you build networks using 4 fundamental types of nodes:

  • SOURCE: Produces resources (e.g., pressure, units, heat, or packets).
  • JUNCTION: Splits flow, acting as a connector, pump, or valve.
  • SINK: The consumer for given products.
  • BUFFER (Storage): Accumulates resources when production exceeds consumption and releases them back to the network when demand is high.

🌊 Simulation Engines The engine currently supports 4 distinct flow models:

  1. Pressure: Physics-based flow (similar to hydraulics or Ohm's law).
  2. Demand: Economic/Supply-chain allocation logic.
  3. Heat: Thermal diffusion simulation (similar to pressure but for heat).
  4. Packets: Experimental discrete unit routing with throttling (Monte Carlo based).

✨ Key Features

  • Dynamic Control: Simulate production and consumption rates per tick using patterns like Sine Wave, Spikes, or fixed Low/High values.
  • AI-Powered Layouts: Use the built-in Generative AI (Bring Your Own Key) to instantly construct complex topologies by describing them in plain English.
  • Desktop Focused: Designed for large screens to manage complex, sprawling networks.
  • Real-time Visualization: Watch your system stabilize or fail with live feedback.

Developed for Desktop, best experienced on a bigger screen.
